So today I will be taking you through a roller costar ride of emotions and thoughts that triggers those feelings. But if you want to read and understand them better I recommend you to read these three wonderful e- books which talks about them in detail but in different ways.

She is a lifestyle blogger and her blogging style is very relatable as she writes from her heart and personal experience.
Inner feeling talks about people's hesitation to open up about their feelings, sometimes because they don't recognize them or probable they avoid due to various repercussions. The best thing about this book is that, it talk about acceptance which is "the" solution to most of the problems that deals with emotions. Once you accept , it becomes easier not just to understand but to deal with various feelings one encounters. Author has touched upon emotions like Gaslighting, Mistakes and Jealousy which are hardly acknowledged by any individual or society at large.
While reading this book you will feel connected with each emotion and you will get a feeling that the author is talking from her own experience. This book is written with honesty and it resonate with me completely and I am sure everyone would be able to relate with it too.
